At Centreville Urgent Care, we offer convenient in-house testing, blood work, and laboratory services to help evaluate a variety of illnesses and medical concerns.

In-House Testing
For many common illnesses and health concerns, testing can be performed right here at our urgent care.
Our available testing includes:
COVID-19 Testing
Testing for patients experiencing symptoms or possible exposure.
Flu Testing
Testing for influenza when appropriate based on symptoms and evaluation.
Strep Testing
Rapid testing for patients experiencing sore throat and other symptoms associated with strep throat.
Urinalysis & UTI Testing
Urine testing to help evaluate urinary symptoms and possible urinary tract infections.
Pregnancy Testing
Convenient pregnancy testing when medically appropriate.
Blood Work & Laboratory Testing
In addition to our in-house testing, Centreville Urgent Care offers blood work and laboratory testing when needed as part of your medical evaluation.
Depending on your symptoms and healthcare needs, our providers can order appropriate laboratory tests and blood work to help evaluate your condition.
Some laboratory testing may be processed through an outside laboratory depending on the type of test ordered.
Tick Bites & Lyme Disease Testing
Have you recently been bitten by a tick or are concerned about possible tick exposure?
Our providers can evaluate tick bites, symptoms associated with tick-borne illnesses, and possible Lyme disease exposure. When medically appropriate, laboratory testing may be ordered to help evaluate for Lyme disease or other tick-borne illnesses.
Because the timing of testing after a tick bite can matter, our provider will determine whether testing is appropriate based on your exposure, symptoms, and medical history.
STD & STI Testing
We provide confidential evaluation and testing for sexually transmitted infections (STIs/STDs) when medically appropriate.
Our providers can discuss your symptoms or concerns, determine appropriate testing, and provide treatment or follow-up recommendations based on your evaluation and results.
Tuberculosis (TB) Testing
We offer tuberculosis testing for patients who need screening for employment, school, healthcare requirements, or other purposes.
