AVA NAZEMIAN FNP-BC
Ava is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner with experience caring for adult and pediatric patients in the emergency department and primary care settings. Her approach to patient care is encouraging shared decision making and taking holistic approaches to health. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and exploring new restaurants and local coffee shops.
PATRICIA “PATY” SOLIS DNP FNP-BC
Patty is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 30 years of nursing experience, including extensive expertise in emergency and urgent care medicine. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from George Mason University and is certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. At Centreville Urgent Care, she provides compassionate, evidence-based care for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients. Fluent in English and Spanish, Paty is passionate about preventive care, acute illness management, and integrative approaches to health, partnering with patients to support informed decisions and overall wellness.
