AVA NAZEMIAN FNP-BC

Ava is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner with experience caring for adult and pediatric patients in the emergency department and primary care settings. Her approach to patient care is encouraging shared decision making and taking holistic approaches to health. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and exploring new restaurants and local coffee shops.

ANDREW BROOMELL FNP-BCN

Andrew is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over eight years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse in both emergency and inpatient hospital settings. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing from George Mason University, and also holds a bachelor’s degree in human nutrition, Food, and Exercise from Virginia Tech.

With a strong background in critical care, Andrew is highly skilled in managing acute conditions while also emphasizing preventative and holistic approaches to patient care. He is dedicated to helping patients improve their overall health, well-being, and quality of life through thoughtful, patient-centered care.

Outside of the clinic, Andrew enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and connecting with nature. 

MEGHAN GANZABA MSN, APRN, FNP-BC

Meghan is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She specializes in emergency and urgent care medicine for patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics. Meghan is passionate about treating every patient with empathy, dignity, and individualized care while following the latest evidence-based medical guidelines.

Before becoming a Nurse Practitioner, Meghan spent 13 years as an Emergency and Trauma Registered Nurse at several prestigious Level 1 Trauma Centers, including Johns Hopkins, Cleveland Clinic, Inova Fairfax, Howard University Hospital, Sinai, and Washington Hospital Center. Her extensive emergency medicine background has strengthened her ability to provide calm, high-quality care in fast-paced clinical settings.

Meghan earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in nursing from Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia, and is board-certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

Originally from Michigan, Meghan moved to Virginia in 2009 with her husband and two sons. Outside of work, she enjoys football, comic-cons, shopping, animals, and cheering on her beloved Detroit Lions.
